    This really depends on the products booked and when the booking is made. Many of our holidays can be secured with a small deposit with the remainder either paid monthly by direct debit or in agreed instalments.  The final balance is usually due 14 weeks prior to the holiday.

    Depending on how far in advance you are booking, this can either be paid on the portal found under ‘Manage my booking’ or set up as a direct debit.

    Payments for deposit will either be taken over the phone or you will be sent a secure link to make the payment.   Please note this link will be titled ‘Hays’

    Debit and credit cards are accepted.

    Yes, all package holidays that include a flight will be protected by an ATOL certificate that you will receive with your holiday documents.

    We will certainly try to price match for you or offer you a better deal where possible.

    Talk to us as early as possible.  Changes or cancellations all depend on the duration prior to departure and the nature of the change. Our Tour Operator partners have differing rules around cancellations and changes but we will always do our utmost to meet your requirements.
